Refund Policy

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase. Due to the instant access, we cannot return or exchange any digital products. Please email me@andreadeckard.com if you have any questions about a product prior to purchase.

SERVICES

Private coaching, hands-on working sessions or other one-on-one appointments (“Service”) with Andrea are non-refundable. Any Service may be transferred to another date or service with 7-days prior written notice.

All Service deposits made are valid for 90 days, and must be used within that timeframe. In the event the Service date fails to occur within 90 days, or if Client fails to request a new date at least 7 days prior to their booked appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, and the Service will be terminated. 

If the Client wishes to reschedule beyond 90 days, the original deposit may, at Andrea's discretion, be applied to a new booking at the current rate, which may or may not be higher than the original booking rate.
